It is a commonly heard notion that water is necessary in summer, but the contrary is true.
During summer, the High temperatures result in excessive sweating, resulting in the loss of water and nutrients from the body. If the water lost during sweating is not replaced, the body ends up becoming weak, fatigued, and overheated. Staying hydrated during summer helps in lowering the body temperature, promoting blood circulation, aiding metabolism, and preventing illnesses caused by high temperatures. Water assists in eliminating toxins and maintaining a healthy skin during summer.
In winter, the sensation of having a thirst problem gets reduced, but the body still loses water due to respiration, digestion, and day-to-day activities. Cold and dry climate can result in a person suffering from dry, cracked skin, Chapped lips, and constipation, which can be a result of dehydration.
