1. Gond Ladoo

1.Gond ladoo
Ingredients:
1 cup Gond (Edible gum)
1 cup whole wheat flour
¾ Cup Powdered Jaggery
½ cup ghee
¼ cup desiccated fruits (almonds, cashews),
½ tsp cardamom powder
Method:
Heat ghee in the pan and fry the gond on low heat until it puffs up. Then remove it and crush it slightly.
Now, in the same pan, roast the wheat flour with ghee until it turns golden and aromatic.
Crushed gond and dry fruits are to be added. Mix them well.

1 cup white sesame seeds

Dry roast the sesame seeds on low heat until they start popping and turn light brown.
Heat ghee in a pan. Add jaggery. Stir it till it melts.
Add roasted sesame seeds and mix well.

Ingredients:
½ cup Almonds
½ cup cashews
½ cup Walnuts
¾ cup dates, seedless
2 tbsp ghee
Method:
Cut all the dried fruits into fine pieces.
Add ghee to a pan and roast the dry fruits lightly.
Add chopped dates and cook till the mixture turns sticky.
Turn off the flame and let it cool for a few minutes.
Shape into ladoos while warm.
4. Methi Ladoo
Ingredients
2 tbsp methi seeds (fenugreek

¾ cup powdered jaggery sugar
½ cup ghee
½ tsp cardamom powder

Dry roast methi seeds and convert them into a coarse powder.
Now, roast wheat flour in a pan with heated ghee until it turns golden brown.
